Stamoulis Property Group is the owner and developer of the existing 23 level office tower
at 120 Spencer Street, Melbourne.
Global Pacific was engaged to provide project management and superintendent services for works at the site for a new major corporate tenant. The works include the refurbishment and fit-out of Levels 15 - 22 and a new Ground Floor Foyer.
The work was required to be undertaken and completed with existing tenants and retail in the building and the restraints associated with the building fronting Spencer Street and the adjacent Southern Cross Station.
The services provided by Global Pacific included the development of the project requirement brief, concepts plans, planning application and approval, tender documentation, tender and award of a number of principle contract packages and the contract management and administration of the building works.
