Global Pacific was engaged as the D & C Superintendent by St Hilliers Property to
provide the design and construction project superintendent services for the development
and planning application of the mixed use residential tower.
The site is located on the south-east corner of the intersection of Wells and Coventry
Streets, which was occupied by 7 Network’s Melbourne operations.
The development of a 34,000m² mixed use residential tower providing for 3 levels of
basement car parking, a podium comprising of retail and leisure establishments and 20
levels of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
The services provided include the development of a design brief, selection of design
consultants, development, submission and approval of the planning application and
subsequent commercial sale of the undeveloped site.
