Global Pacific was appointed as the D & C Superintendent to provide services to St Hilliers Property for the building works and refurbishment of the existing office tower at 460 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
The tower was erected in 1965 and was last renovated in 1994 / 1995.
The works at the site provided for the upgrade and refurbishment of the floor plates, toilets, lifts, foyer and street façade.
The office tower encloses 13 levels of commercial office buildings and contains 7,368m² net lettable area.
Global Pacific’s services included the preparation of a design brief, selection and engagement of design consultants, detailed design and documentation, tender and contract award and the contract administration of the building works.
