Leighton Contractors were the principal builder for the design and construction of the
Office Tower and construction managers for the tenancy fit-out.
The project had a requirement for two integrated tenancy fit-outs to a total value of $32m
to be completed as construction of the base building works was still taking place.
Global Pacific was engaged to provide Project Management and Contract Management
services to Leighton Contractors for base building works and integrated tenancy fit-out.
Global Pacific as the Project Manager for the integrated fit-out was responsible for the
management of the design consultants and the preparation of trade packages, tender
and award and contract administration.
