The refurbishment of an existing operating Motel by Stamoulis Property Group comprises
the conversion of the Motel into 110 – 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in conjunction with a
marketing and sales program.
Global Pacific was engaged to provide Project and Construction Management services
for the base building and fit-out works which included extensive demolition works and fit-
out to the apartments including external recreational areas, car parking and landscaping
works.
The services included the development of a design brief, engagement of design
consultants, design development, development approval and building approvals, tender
and award of contract packages and ongoing contract management and administration.
