A Partner in Global Pacific Consulting, Bruce Warner has spent his working life in the building and civil construction industry and from 1970 to 1988 as a project engineer, project manager and construction manager for a number of the major contractors operating in Australia. Bruce developed specific skills in project management, construction, contract and dispute management, industrial relations and the engineering of large-scale building and civil engineering projects.
In 1995, Bruce began Global Pacific and diversified services into the communications industry, professional training and commercial and residential project development, creating four companies along the way. The group has enjoyed rapid growth and diversification through the period 1997-2008 specialising in provision of project management, procurement management, negotiation services, contract management, construction management, independent certification and professional learning & training.
Bruce has developed a record of negotiation success which drives the growth of Global Pacific, delivering results across a wide range of public and private sector projects.
