Eric Mowbray has over 20 years’ experience assisting organisations to manage projects, coordinate vendors and implement change. He has an excellent understanding of technology, but his value to organisations lies in mentoring leaders, liaising with diverse stakeholders and managing multiple vendors.
Eric is experienced in the creation and implementation of business solutions and the management of organisational processes. He has managed multi-million dollar projects and ran an operational business unit with annual revenue of $140 million.
Eric is qualified with degrees in science and business IT and is a certified PRINCE2 project management practitioner. He has consulted to major corporates including Mobil, McDonald’s, Caltex and Crown Casino. He has held positions with Victoria’s Transport Ticketing Authority (Department of Transport) and the Ministry of Energy (New Zealand). In addition to Australasia, Eric’s experience includes projects in England, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Central America, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
