Project Phase Manager
Lina has worked in a broad variety of industry sectors, developing an understanding of organisational culture and gaining expertise in project related activities. Lina is a Project Management graduate with specialised experience in procurement and project management processes and strategic sourcing activities.
Commencing with Global Pacific at the Department of Justice’s Major Projects and Procurement Office, Lina was Project Co-ordinator on the Prisoner Transport Re-Tender project and more recently delivered the Computer Aided Despatch Procurement Project for the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority.
Lina now performs the role of Project Phase Manager, managing specific project phase operations, delivering products and supporting activities through procurement project phases. Lina has the ability to scope a project completely and to develop project planning documents, budgets and work packages, manage stakeholders and project suppliers. Lina can drive work packages and briefs to mobilise and sustain effort.
