Leighton has identified an emerging market opportunity for the development and operation of New General Data Centres in Australia and have established a project team including design consultants for the planning, design and construction of Data Centres in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland. These Data Centres will consider the opportunity to provide on site co-generation facilities.
Global Pacific was engaged to provide the service of Project Director and the Site Acquisition Team and the services including for the management and coordination of the project team, design consultants and reporting requirements to the Project Control Group and the identification, selection and acquisition of suitable project sites across Australia and New Zealand.
