Consultant
Tran is a project consultant with experience in project scoping, planning and delivery. Since joining Global Pacific, Tran has been engaged in various roles for Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority, VicRoads and Corrections Victoria.
Tran holds a Degree in Commerce and is trained in Prince2 Project Management methodology. Prior to joining GPC, Tran was a Program Manager at the MINT Organization, delivering a range of performance improvement and marketing programs. Tran has experience in market research and analysis through her numerous roles at Orica and has an understanding of the Facilitating Change techniques and tools associated with Six Sigma.
